10:20 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Sharing Services with Schools Saving dollars and streamlining services are top priorities in every community. Does sharing functions between town and schools achieve this? Panelists will focus on four core areas of service: facilities, information technology, human resources and finance. A close examination of how these functions were integrated, cost-savings realized, staff impact, and the ins and outs of consolidation will all be discussed. There will be ample time for questions.

Massachusetts Turnpike heading West: Take Massachusetts Turnpike East to Exit 12 (Rt. 9 West). Travel on Rt. 9 West for 3.2 miles to Rt. 85 South. Drive 1.7 miles south to the second traffic light and take a right onto Southville Road. Drive 1.5 miles and take a left onto Fruit Street. Drive 0.5 mile and take left onto Saddle Hill Road. Golf Course is the first driveway on the left.
Massachusetts Turnpike heading East: Take Massachusetts Turnpike West to I-495 North. Take exit 23B to Rt. 9 West. Take first exit (Computer Drive/Research Drive). At traffic light at the end of the ramp, take a left. Bear to the left and get into your right hand lane. Go straight through the light (Piccadilly Pub will be on your right). Travel on Flanders Road for 2.5 miles then take a right on Fruit Street. Proceed on Fruit Street for 0.5 mile and take a left onto Saddle Hill Road. Golf Course is the first driveway on the left.
From North (459 Heading South) I-495 South to exit 23B (Rt. 9 West ) to first exit (Computer Drive/Research Drive). At traffic light at the end of the ramp, take a left.
